Counseling & Psychotherapy
Counselling can support you through a specific issue or life crossroads, while psychotherapy offers longer-term space to explore deeper, more longstanding patterns.
At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy begins with listening—deeply, respectfully, and without judgment. I offer a consistent, confidential space where you can bring what matters most: whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply want space to reflect and be heard.
My approach is integrative, informed by my wider training in the arts and music therapies, and grounded in a commitment to kindness, cultural sensitivity, and clinical integrity.
Together, we will explore patterns, process emotions, and move towards a greater sense of clarity, connection, and self-understanding.

Integrative Arts Psychotherapy
Integrative Arts Psychotherapy brings together talking therapy with the healing potential of the arts. As a trainee integrative arts psychotherapist in the final stages of completing my MA, I work from a person-centred perspective, inviting creativity into the therapeutic relationship.
This might mean working with image-making, movement, story, sand tray, music, or metaphor. We follow what feels right, allowing you to explore thoughts, feelings, and past experiences in a way that is gently held and respectfully paced.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, low mood, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, this approach can offer a rich and embodied path toward insight and integration.

Music Therapy
Music therapy is a clinical, evidence-based practice that uses musical interaction to support emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing. As a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)-registered music therapist, I work with people of all ages and abilities—including children and adults with autism, learning disabilities, neurological conditions, or mental health challenges.
In sessions, music becomes a shared language. Together, we might improvise, sing, listen, or explore familiar songs—no prior musical training is needed. I offer a calm, safe space where creativity helps us to connect, regulate, and express what words may not yet reach.
Music therapy can support development, deepen relationships, and offer meaningful experiences of expression and change.

Education
Education is a core strand of my practice. As the founder of The Cycling Music Teachers, I am passionate about making high-quality music education accessible, creative, and responsive to the needs of each learner.
Internationally, I serve as a tutor on the music therapy training course at the Universidad Especializada de las Américas (UDELAS) in Panama, and I contribute to professional development initiatives through my work with the European Piano Teachers Association (EPTA).
I offer tailored workshops, training, and consultancy for educators, therapists, and arts professionals—bringing together academic rigour with practical, arts-based insight.
